On-Line Booking Question

I am sure this has been asked before, but I cannot locate the thread. I would like to book a vacation 11 months out at my home resort. I will use the new on-line reservation system. Will the booking window open at midnight? Will it open at 8:00 EST (when DVC offices open)? Or some other time in between.

Online for 11mth or 7 mths bookings are open at 8am EST. MS opens at 9am EST. This is what's causing some controversy.

Currently the online booking windows open at 8 AM Eastern time.

MS opens at 9 AM Eastern time.

Online users have a 1 hour head start. That shouldn't matter except for the concierge category at AKV and maybe the standard / value views for Christmas - New Year's Holiday week.

So it opens at 8 am but you can book 24 hours after that time period? I ask because I am trying to book for the 28th of December ( which it tells me I can do) but it just keeps processing with no results. Im confused
