Well, now I have a question.

Scenario: I have a room booked at BCV with the basic dining plan for 5 days, 12/7 - 12/12

I know we will pay upon arrival for those 5 nights. We are having to move to BWV for our last night, and have no dining plan there.

We are waitlisted for a BCV room on 12/12 to keep from having to move, if possible. We are waitlisted up until 7 days prior to arriving. But I understand if iI call up until the time we actually arrive and it is available, that we can make the move. If we get the room before arriving, I know we would have to pay for 6 nights of DDP.

But what if it comes through actually DURING the first part of our stay, and we have already paid for the five nights of dining and all of our dining plans have been made around having 5 TS. I am afraid we might find it hard (the week of 12/7 especially) to get an extra ADR late in the week.

Question: If a day is added in these circumstances at mid-day, would we have to pay an additional night of DDP or could we choose not to add the additional day.

Keep the add on day as a separate reservation and DO NOT LINK THEM.

Beg for mercy at the Front Desk so you don't have to move.

I guess I would not add the dining plan if your waitlist does come through anyway. You will likely have plenty of CS credits left to use that last day.

As for making ADRs. We often don't make them until 24 hours ahead of when we want the reservation, and we've rarely been disappointed.
