I called this morning and was on hold for about 30 minutes. I was able to get a preferred room at POP (09/22 - 09/29) without a problem.

I finally got through and the CM said their system is running slow. He also said that I was the first person to actually take the free dining. One guy wanted a deluxe view at AKL, but only standard was available, so he declined the discount!!! To each his own, but I would MUCH rather save money then see some animals (especially when you can walk outside and see them).

After being on hold for 1 hour and 7 minutes, I was able to just book Pop Century preferred for 9/7 through 9/15. They also had ASMusic standard for those dates. There was also an upsell available to Boardwalk and something else for about $3400+. The call only took 11 minutes. My arm and ear are sore now though. LOL I had a great CM named Alice Ann. She was so nice!!

Got It After 1 1/2 Hrs On Hold At Por 2 Rooms,where I Wanted

I got it!! CM Ludwig just modified my existing ressie to reflect the free ddp!! For our party of 5 we got 8 days, 7 nights at POR, Alligator Bayou, 7 day park hoppers, insurance and the free ddp. Total package was 2485.85. Total hold time was 1 hour 20 minutes on two phones LOL.

My call took almost two hours total. The computers are overloaded this morning and were either slow or down completely during my call. I had to upgrade to preferred in order to keep my Pop Century reservation for the dates I wanted, but at least it went through.

Wow I got lucky.....I called at 6:15 am CST and was booked for Pop by 6:25 am. I wonder why some people call and get right thru and others stay on hold FOREVER
