Was on hold for about 7 minutes, got several renditions of "It's a pirate's life for me" almost made it worth being on hold. Got the ressie I wanted for the CP package, so all is good.

Doesn't make sense. I booked my MYW with free dining thru a travel agent and I'm able to pull up all my reservations (lodging and dinner adr's) right on Disney's website. All I needed to do was put in my reservation number. I've been able to book all my ADR's on-line. Only problem I had was that while I could book at the 180 day window it wouldn't let me do the +10 feature, even though we are on property.
Are you staying on property? Just wondering if that could have anything to do with it.
Yep, we are staying at Pop. I have tried our last 3 trips and I get the same thing. It tells me it isn't able to link my reservation # to our account. I can go online and see all my dining reservations and my resort reservation. I just can't change or book anything new. I dunno, whatever!!! I always get what I want, but it would be much easier if I could do it online.
