Clicked the chat window at opening and have a 4 hour wait. Is it really going to be 4 hours?

I am getting no time updates. Is this normal?

Yup. It's normal. They usually don't update you, and yes, 4 hours is a normal wait time.

Be sure to "refresh" your screen about every half hour. Just type in "still waiting" or such to keep it active. Otherwise it goes to sleep and while you are still in the queue, you may not receive notification.

I think the system is very poor. I never know if I've been dropped and don't know whether to hold on, start all over or give up completely. It makes no sense and desperately needs to be revamped. There should be a countdown clock like Disney does for other things so you know you are at least still 'alive'.
