My call simply disconnected after 4 hours 7 minutes. Clearly, they did not budget anywhere near enough staff to accommodate DVC, which seems a bit short-sighted--would have been smarter if they could have had an IT solution to book online, which you'd think should be possible given the DVC/
DCL accounts are linked. I have a hard stop in 1.5 hours so I guess I'll be taking my chances there is something left over by tomorrow morning that I can book online as silver. On the plus side, with waits this long, maybe that means they are not processing a ton of reservations because they are spending loads of time troubleshooting DVC status/FCC issues, and there will still be something left tomorrow after all
