On hold for 33 minutes and disconnected

I called right at 7:00 and the message said the approx. wait time was 30 minutes. At 33 minutes it came on and said if I wanted to take the survey to press 1 which I didn't and then I was disconnected. Very frustrating. Now I'm on hold again and it said 25 minutes. At least in the old days they varied the music. I'm going crazy listening to this over and over.

Is this happening to anyone else?

Well, the second call did finally get through 25 minutes later and I got a wonderful CM named Melissa. I was able to get HDDR for the 5:00 PM show Category 1 on Friday the 27th and the CP package for 5:00 PM at Marrakesh for Saturday (8:15 show). Both were exactly what I was trying to get.

I have to wait for Sunday to get the rest because we have a split reservation but I'm not as worried about the rest of the ADR's because I can be more flexible in the days and times.
 
I didn't get to call til about 7:55 ET because I had to work last night. I left work an hour early and called as soon as I got home. Well, I tried the website first, but that was getting me nowhere fast, so I gave up.

First I accidentally called some guy in FL whose # was something like 407-WDW-DIEE. Ooops! Got his answering machine and hope I didn't wake him up!

Once I finally dialed correctly, I was on hold for 25 minutes. I couldn't get Liberty Tree Tavern or Crystal Palace for 11/26 dinner, but I did get 1900 Park Fare, so that will do, and I did get Crystal Palace for lunch on 11/29. I couldn't get a Fantasmic Dinner Package for 11/27 at all, so we will just have to get in line early. We already decided to skip the dinner package for the Candlelight Processional since they raised the price so much, so we'll be lining up early for that one too.

It would be a lot easier to plan stuff if I had park hours for 12/1 and 12/2!

I was so frustrated anyway (not being able to book online and then holding for about 20-25 min.) but don't know what I would have done if I was disconnected - maybe, never go to WDW again!!! :rotfl:

When I did my online ADRs I was able to book for 90 + 10, even though we have a split stay. Actually, our first reservation is only for one night but I was still able to book 10 days out. Try the online system. You may be able to take care of everything today.

Oh that music!!!:headache::eek::headache: I had about 40 minutes of it and it was dreadful.

Sorry to hear you were disconnected. Added insult to injury to have to listen to all the Main Street trolley bus singing and train announcement again though!
