On "Halloween" night, what time does ToT and other activities begin?

We are doing HOTHS next month and made Palo dinner reservations (6pm) before realizing it was the same night for Halloween dress-up, trick or treating, activities, etc. Does all that take place later after second seating, or should we try rescheduling Palo for another night?

Last year, the Halloween cruises did things differently than they had in the past because of Covid. You might check some of the navigators from pre-pandemic cruises to get a sense of timing.
