On Board Credit for Photos

I had received an OBC for booking our cruise through a travel agent, and had planned to use this toward the digital photo package on board. However a social media page that I belong to for our cruise says you can't do that, as the photos are rang up totally separate. Can you confirm if this is true? Thanks!

True. The photo packages are through a separate company if you're buying a package ahead of time. I'm not sure what happens if you buy onboard.

Still separate. Cannot charge to KTTW as of last year, doubt it changed.

I have always been able to use my KTTW card for pictures bought on the ship. Since 2013 and as recently as last week!

I have never bought anything ahead of time as I would rather see the pictures first. But onboard the ship everything including photos goes to the KTTW card. Therefore any OBC on your account would be put towards that purchase.
