On Board Booking Blackout Dates

Not sure if this has been mention but the Disney Cruise Line Blog has reported the following.
"Effective December 13, 2013, Disney Cruise Line’s onboard rebooking policy was modified to include blackout dates. The new blackout dates are not necessarily exclusive to holidays. The policy now states, for these sailings only, you will not receive the 10% discount, but will still receive onboard credit."
