OMG!! Single Digit Dance!!

I wake dd up at 3:30 next Saturday morning, surprise: "You wanna go to Disneyland?!" We will meet my dm at SNA (she is flying in about 30 minutes before us!) Surprise II "Grandma is here!!"... I am freaking out!!

I know there are others going over mother's day! Happy mother's day to all of you too!

We leave a week TODAY! I'm doing the happy dance as well!!

My Mom is also coming with my daughters and I for Mother's Day...and I have also managed to keep this whole thing a secret from my twins. I am equally excited just to tell them already and see their faces!

We are doing the super single digit dance...we leave in less than 48 hours! Woo hoo! Good job on the surprise...don't be surprised yourself if your daughter is dumbstruck for a while as it all sinks in. Especially at 3:30 in the morning!!

OMG....Woo-Hoo! Here we go, this part always flies by as I try to lock down all the last minute details...then I have the 18 hour drive to try and remember what I forgot!

I am soooo excited...

I am so excited for all of you too!

I have had 2 dreams that I forgot the stroller at home (we didn't bring one in Oct--and carried dd a lot!! but dh isn't coming--so I need the stroller this time, I can't carry dd all by myself forever!!)

I washed all the new tees I bought at disneystore last night (including a new Tink one for me, and a Minnie one for dm)--and put them in the bag I am taking... Tink "visits" our room each night while we are sleeping and leaves a new shirt for dd to wear!!

Bought all my teeny-tiny toiletries already... yes we carry-on!! Plus I've already done all the other stuff--made PSs, bought F! dessert seating, reserved a dvd player to pick up at the airport for the flight (this is new--since dd and I are flying by ourselves, I thought it would be a nice diversion), requested random stuff for our room from VP, have a 5 page spreadsheet (1 page for each day...), and of course am reading Dis lots!!

Oh my gosh...don't forget us Washintonians!!! Arrg, why, I ask, why is it snowing in APRIL?!?!?! My DS11 b-day party on 4/19...it snowed. We usually have outdoor parties. The hail, the rain, the hot/cold...enough already.

I am sooo ready to put on my shorts and slide down Splash Mtn....YEAH!!!

It snowed 10 cm up here in the Okanagan, B.C. on that Saturday too. We played soccer the night before and man it was FREEZING. All my poor spring flowers, buried under the white stuff. I've never seen it snow that late before.

I'm hoping for mid 70's too (that is about 23-24 degrees for us metric people) and sunshine. I'll pass on the temps from last weekend though....wayyyy too hot.

Same thing happened with my apricot tree; the day after all of it's beautiful blossoms came out...it SNOWED!!!! I was not the happiest person that day.

I know the feeling. This time in a week from now we will be at the Disneyland Dreams Come True Party! I am keeping the kids up late this week, hoping they can adjust to stay up for the party next week! I still have no idea what to expect, but I hear it will be incredible.

I have not been to DL in about 10 years, so this is VERY EXCITING! I cannot wait to see my little ones' faces. Woo Hoo!
