OMG! My husband surprised me, we're leaving tomorrow!!!

My family knows I have a problem...I'm a disney addict. Yesterday my husband says "For Mother's Day we're going to Disney for the day." We live about 2.5 hours from Disney. My head is spinning. I haven't planned anything. What park do we go to? Where do we eat? What should we wear? I'm in panic mode! Help!!! (Also, we will have an actual Disney vacation in 16 days.) Any advice?
