OMG Invalid Admission, Please Help

Hi.

I have a one-day ticket in MDE that I purchased for my friend. I originally booked April 19 at MK for that ticket and
when I (she) purchased the ticket I added G+. I also made a ressie for April 19, but I am AP.

Today, I wanted to move the April 19 date to April 20. I was able to go onto MDE and under my name, was able to modify
to change my day to April 20.

Then, I went onto my friend's ticket, but had to cancel. So I canceled April 19.
NOW, I can see the ticket still there, MDE shows me she has an active ticket BUT when I go to book
MK for April 20 (which has availability to book), it tells me that her ticket is Invalid??!!!!

What am I doing wrong and does the G+ stay with her ticket or has it been refunded?
I am on hold with Disney but I have a 45 minute wait.

Since tickets are date based, maybe it's only good for April 19 and it will need to be exchanged?

The ticket for your friend is only valid for 4/19. In order to use it on 4/20 you have to modify the ticket to 4/20 (and pay any increase in price if there is one).

G+ should stay. You're only changing the day that the ticket will be used.

Thank you for the link. Disney picked up but the lady on the other side doesn't seem to know how to do this, which should be simple change. She is speaking to a supervisor. I'm going to go on now and see if I can do myself while I'm on hold while she learns from a supervisor. Thank you. When I asked about G+ she said she thinks so. Is there somewhere I can see that this is in fact done. Actually wish I didn't since I found out this morning on dis that since I have an AP and my friend has a regular one day ticket, I need now to call a certain number before 7 am to get G+ for myself since I will have a problem booking.
It shouldn't be so difficult but thank you so much! You have been a big help. I'm still on hold and will try myself too.

Thank you again. While I went onto the link, the CM came back and said the supervisor was able to
change the date for me. Then, I was able to go and book the park reservation.
However, I printed the information from the link and it's in my folder in case I have to change again.

I see you got it done but it’s easy to change ticket dates yourself. You just go to the ticket and click modify and it allows you to change the dates. I’ve done it for tickets for my daughter just this past December

This happens sometimes. I was able to modify mine, but my friend I had to cancel. There was no option to modify.
