Dh hasn't even booked the car!
But I had a question-if I order a cake is it only for a disney hotel or disney hotel restaurant?? (we are staying at DLH but were hoping to have it at a restaurant.

Also, I just added park tickets to my room ressie (thru disney). Is that supposed to get me extra perks now that I am on a "package"?

I can't wait!! Last 5 trips have been to WDW and I am so excited to show DD DLR!! SHe was in utero for the last trip there!

What nights of the week (or dates) are you staying at the DLH? For sure you're entitled to MM each day it's offered. Tell us your exact dates so others will confirm MM for you (not sure if there are grad nights next week).

As far as other "perks". What did they tell you (or send you)....we can tell you about them if you tell us about the perks that were mentioned by DL reservations.

We are there Tues may 31-sat june 4. I think we do get a couple MM!

I would be planning this obsessively but have had no time and now we aere just a few days from leaving.

MM - as I recall, they are offered on the days that begin with S and T (Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday). That's what I was told when I was at the VGC in mid-April. I was at PP on a Saturday but way past MM time so I didn't bother asking, but it was available on Sunday.

When I ordered our cake last year we had a large brunch party/private room at Steakhouse 55, but it was my understanding that they could have it served at any of the restaurants on-property (ie. in the park restaurants or at the hotel restaurants) since we'd been trying to figure out the best configuration/room for our party size and moved it at least once.
If you call the Disneyland Dining number they will either set you up with a standard cake (I believe they have 2 or 3 sizes of sheet cake/b-day cakes), or if you want something fancy they'll transfer you to one of the DLR Bakers/Pastry Chefs (mine sounded _exactly_ like Lumiere, he was awesome) and then once you and your Patissere figure out what you want they'll transfer you back to Disney Dining to coordinate the reservation/delivery time and the cake will show up like magic.
