OMG I hate that some resi people

have no clue whats going on! :confused3 I called to ask about adding dining to my room (in nov) and the guest services lady tried to tell me I would have to wait until they are offering it to passholders...now I booked with the passholder pin:headache: I stayed on the phone for her to verify that i could add it until sept. ! It was like talking to a wall...lol I have always had very nice CMs take my calls ....sorry I had to vent..I knew that tons of people here booked WITH dining already so I kept telling her that was not correct...very nicely I might add :goodvibes

Do AP passholders get the free dining in Sept, or is it that you get a room discount then add the dining plan and pay for it in full?

sorry...didnt explain well...I got the AP pin for 40% off and made a resi for nov, the pin is good until sept.I wanted the dining plan on my room and she tried to tell me i had to wait until it was offered to passholders! duh it is being offered with my pin FOR PASSHOLDERS lol it is NOT a room only pin.
I know you do not get a discount on dining and I cant get free dining I just wanted to pay for it! I had her call someone to check and yes I could add it...:sad2: oh and when I tried to change my room from a king to a queen (saves 25.00 and could add extra night) she said we dont have any std rooms I said ok do you have a std room WITHOUT the discount? she got angry that I dare ask that and put me on hold..she came back and what do you know she found one and I even added a night!
 
I feel your pain. You have more patience than me. I usually say Thank You, hang up and call right back, and then hopefully get a CM that has some sort of clue....
 

:sad2:lol that is what was so funny it was the 2nd person...in guest services! lol she was just nasty and didnt want to help at all...the thing was as soon as I asked if there was a room aval WITHOUT the discount and told her I was going to call back to talk with someone else she FOUND a room that she swore they didnt have....arrrrggg
