CONGRATS! Weight Watchers has been around for decades because it works. It's not a fad, it doesn't involve crazy rules about eating this versus that, it just teaches you to eat healthy and become conscience of what you're putting into your body. Best of all, it works well both for those who are looking to 'diet' and lose 5-10 pounds, AND for those who are severely overweight and looking to change their unhealthy lifestyle.
I'm far from the typical WWer, because I started off very young and with a LOT of weight to lose, but after 16 months on the WW plan I've lost over 100 pounds, have stellar blood pressure, and hit the gym 4-5 days a week. Getting around WDW is a breeze now!

I've only ever done WW Online since joining, but I know the meetings offer a lot of information and support as well. Anyway, clearly I can't say enough good things about WW! No matter how little or how much weight you intend to lose, it's never easy, but it's always possible.
