The stupid MDE app and now the website are total screwing up all of my reservations.... Not one is correct for our party of five. They were correct until I mistakenly downloaded the stupid stupid update...

Now for our party of five

I have one fast pass here, 3 there, non over that way....ugh.....

trying to not freak out....but it's not working.....
 
Same thing just happened to me. After holding with IT for nearly 25 minutes I asked if I should log out and back in. He said, "Sure, try that". It worked....Glad I could help him out!!! :goodvibes
 
the app, or web site store none of your data. It just a database querry tool.

the entire magic bands system is just one big database and ways to interact with it.

The simple act of updating the ap will not change your associations. YOU had to at some point tell the database to do something.
 

Check the website vs the app. Your choices should all be there and correct. Seems like yet another app glitch.
 
I had to delete all of the fast passes I had scheduled because they were only showing up for 3/7 members of our party. After I deleted, I was able to reschedule everything. Took forever but I was able to do it.
P.S--I found it quicker and easier to delete on the app vs my computer.

Same thing happened to me, then it corrected itself.

Our FP for Sunday were showing as 1 here, 1 there, but we are 3 people and 1 person's were totally missing. Logged out then back in, and all 3 for all 3 of us were there. Hope yours works itself out too.
 
Thanks for the encouragement!! I waited it out reinstalled everything and its now working. Only had to change one thing.
 
I can't get to my dates in the fastpass+ calendar--stuck on February. Help! I reinstalled on iPhone and iPad mini. Any ideas?

That's where one of my hang ups was yesterday. But when I went to Disney's website and clicked on either My Reservations or My Itinerary, everything was there and I could modify. Or add by clicking the FP+ link. I used the website to make my modifications. Logged out of the APP and back in, and there everything was again an hour or so later.

When you call your talking to a low level help line not an actual developer or anything... I love the fact that you waited 25 mins and didnt try to restart and logout before that....
 
That's what happens when I angry quick type lol

I tend to type dyslexic when I hurry - right hand is faster than the left! I found lots of letter combinations that when switched still make real words, but make no sense in a sentence.
