Omg! Horrible experience tonight bat at CG!

45 min just to get bread and takenappie orders. At that point we cancelled the rest of of our meal and left. Our kids were starving! And just wanted to go back to POFQ to grab someyhingthing to eat.

I think when the OP comes back and explains about the bat, we'll learn what made the experience horrible. Until then it just sounds disappointing; possibly things could have been resolved by asking their or another server about the delay, or even stopping in the CR snack bar to get some food for the teens a lot sooner than it took to get back to POFQ ?

The horrible experience was about the long wait for the bread and drink order. Plus once we finally got our appetizers they were awful.

In their favor, the manager did come over to speak with us, offered us new appetizers, meals on the house, etc., but we just politely thanked him and asked for our check. Since we are on the DP, we insisted on signing for everything we ordered, even though we didn't eat it.

Wow, I have to say I'd have taken them up on their offer to remedy the situation - I'm sure that the manager would have made sure that your meals came out promptly and correctly.

You are correct. We were on the DxDP and didn't care about the credits, since we left yesterday anyway and left alot of credits on our card anyway.

I understand, its very frustrating! Especially for a signature restaurant! I hope this isnt our experience in Sept! I think I would have taken the managment up on their offer tho, the food is excellent!

I know when we went the server was a bit of a smart alec, bringing me goldfish when he found out we were only ordering sushi and cocktails.. Service turned out to be great, food was amazing and we ended up getting dessert as well.

What apps did you order? What was horrible about them? Just curious as we've always had wonderful food there but maybe there are items to avoid.
