I booked our trip the other day, 3 days and 2 nights in December. Today I was idly clicking around the site (and pricing up another trip!) when I realised that my booking should have qualified for an extra night and day free!

At first I kicked myself for not noticing at the the time, but then I remembered what you guys had said about how helpful the staff on the helpline are, so I decided to try my luck.

Good job I hadn't got round to booking the Eurostar yet...
 

Woo that's great!! They do sound really, really helpul.

They really were. I normally prefer to do everything online where I can (bad experiences with call centres in the past, so I like to have everything in writing!), so I was a little hesitant at the idea of speaking to them directly - especially as I was asking for something a bit cheeky! - but they sorted it out within minutes.
