OMG!! Dance Dance is the most fun EVER!!!

J.C. got it tonight and I have been playing too and I'm sweating and out of breath but OMG how fun is that!!!! Its hard and you sweat, it has to be SUPER for excersise!!!!!

I recommend it for ANYONE who wants to have FUN while excersising!!!!!!

Yes its a dance game and your girls would LOVE it! John, my DH has now taken it over!!

You can buy it for Playstation or X Box. You need a mat.....you can buy the game that includes the mat or you can buy them separatly. You can also use 2 mats if you want so the girls could compete against each other.

There are arrows on the screen and you follow the arrows with the mat.......beginner, light, moderate and heavy and excersise mode.....the further you get and the ""Grades"" you get will unlock other songs!

It is a total BLAST!!!!!! Plus you can compete against yourself and try to make a perfect score!

I'm afraid not. The earliest this was available was for the 1st Playstation system and the Sega Dreamcast. You will not be able to player the newer games on these systems, but there were I believe 3 or 4 different releases for the Playstation. I don't know how many were put out for the Dreamcast, but I know there at least 1. I know for a fact their are at least two versions for the PS2 and there is only one for the Xbox right now, but the Xbox version has download content that will give you an additional 25 songs (for a fee) I believe.

I'm glad to hear that you like it Beauty. I was afraid because it has a learning curve that you might give up on it before really seeing how fun it can be. Let us know when you get better than your son! LOL

Where can you buy this? Is it available at Walmart? I've never heard of it but think my 14 y/o DD would love it. She never plays video games but is big into dance. We do have an old playstation 1. Hopefully that would work.

We love it also - great exercise and I love a challenge. And it can be challenging at times - my temper tends to show at times while playing

My sister and I never had video games, besides the Sega we got over 10 years ago. But since all of her friends are always hanging out here, we always have a bunch of different game systems in the basement. We have had that dancing game before and it's fun. We use the 2 mats so 2 people can go at once. It's fun, and you definitely get a work out at of that. Usually people are getting sweaty just after the first or second song (only if it's not on beginner).
