We are looking for new restaurants to try this summer. Has anyone been to Olivia's Cafe recently? How is the food? The menu looks really intriguing!

We recently ate at Olivia's Cafe--we ordered the southern fried chicken. The way I like chicken is with a really crunchy coating with some seasoning...their chicken has a thinner batter and softer texture...they serve it with a thick white gravy over the top - luckily I saw someone's chicken order before I ordered and so I requested the gravy on the side. The food was fine - not outstanding, but fine. I think what we didn't love was the atmosphere --hard tables on hard a surface...a little loud and just didn't have a "special" feel to it - the decor is a little beachy. We did enjoy walking around the marina area after dinner and exploring a new place.

We stay at OKW quite often and so have eaten at Olivia's a lot.
We really like it.
Relaxing and the food is good. Menu changes quite often which is nice too.

A hidden gem in the WDW resorts....although we absolutely love dinner here, we also love breakfast as well!!...staff and service is fantastic. You wont find a more laid back atmosphere then here

Olivia's is my "must go to" place to eat. Always good food, Always good service. Because it's a bit off the beaten path is is rarely busy and I've never had a long wait if any at all for a table without a reservation.

We enjoy sitting outside (we go in December so not too hot), eating our food, watching everyone go by. We stay almost every year though so totally biased about OKW.

Nothing but good experiences here. Multiple breakfasts and lunches, but I don't think I've had dinner.
I usually try to make a reservation 30-60 minutes before eating, and there's always something available. Usually not needed, but a couple times it probably saved me 5-10 minutes waiting.

Just ate there Sunday. Delicious Southernmost Buttermilk Fried Chicken. And you really need the cream gravy on the chicken and potatoes. The carrots and beans as the side were very tasty.

Yep, it's a gem. If you're going for lunch or dinner be sure to get at least one order of onion rings. Wonderful dining spot at WDW.

One of our favorites! The key lime pie and the mango ketchup makes my trip. Also we usually just get same day reservations

Unfortunately we had a disappointing meal here back in January. All the food was just okay - very under seasoned and bland, and our service was also a little off.

But I am encouraged to see all the recent positive reviews, as it really is a wonderful spot for dinner, so fingers crossed that our experience was not the "new normal". OKW, as well as Olivia's, is such a beautiful place!

We've been there for both breakfast and lunch over the past few months. It's simple food but has a nice relaxing atmosphere. Food is good and service is friendly. We tend to "pop" in here without ADRs and can usually sit without any problems. Although it can tend to get busy upfront which can make it difficult to park if you are driving during higher peak times.

Feel free to check out some photos from one of our lunches - OLIVIA'S CAFE - LUNCH PHOTOS

We really liked Olivia's when we stayed at OKW. We found the choices to be a nice change from other restaurants, the portions good sized and the prices reasonable enough (by Disney standards). Loved the key lime pie and, if you like adult beverages, try a Turtle Krawl.
