We're coming down for 4 days early next month. I'm looking to try some new restaurants and I was wondering if Olivia's is worth a visit. This would be for lunch since I already have adr's booked for dinner. Also, since I've never been to OKW, is this restaurant near where we would be dropped off? Thanks!

Olivia's is across from the check in lobby at the main entrance (Hospitality House) and next door to the gift shop. This is also the first bus drop off point at OKW. I have only eaten a couple of times at Olivia's and found both experiences to be pretty good, like many of Disney's restaurants, the menu is rather limited, but you should find something everyone likes to eat.

I've never had a bad meal at Olivias, in fact I'd have to count it as one of my favorite places to eat in all of WDW. Even when I stay at other resorts, I get over there for lunch or dinner

Thanks for the replies everyone. I've checked the menu and it looks good so we may venture over. This was going to be a solo trip but my son decided to join me and I've had to make some restaurant changes with his preferences in mind.

My family went to Olivia's for breakfast this past March, and it was heavenly! We loved it, and I'd definitely say it's worth a visit!

I ate at Olivia's for all 3 meals during the week I was at OKW in May. I have had breakfast there many times. With a TIW card, you can get breakfast for just a little more than the price of a counter service meal! For my first lunch there, I had the club sandwich. It was tasty and quite filling. For dinner earlier in the week, I had the Southernmost Buttermilk Chicken - YUM!

Thanks for all the reviews. It sounds great and a must try.

Are you sure that isn't just the Disney Springs bus that doubles as the internal transportation? I thought the park buses go Miller > Peninsular > Turtle Pond > Old South > Hospitality House > exit?

OP, if the bus doesn't first go to the main building, you can exit any park bus at Peninsular Road, walk back about 50-ish feet to the crosswalk on your right, cross over to and then over the bridge. Or take the boat from DS and just walk up the stairs or ramp.

Thanks for this information. I have never been to OKW before so I wasn't sure of the location of the restaurant. I was probably going to take a taxi from BWI where we will be staying. However, I like the idea of the boat from DS.

I have a review of Olivia's in my trip report (p7) including food pictures. I made a poor choice with the slow cooked prime rib. It was so fatty! I did make a good dessert choice with the banana bread pudding which was really tasty.

Thank you, I'll definitely check your report out.

breakfast is wonderful! Banana bread French toast. its a nice atmosphere and its nice walking around the grounds and its easily accessed by boat to and from Disney Springs.

Have had dinner at Olivia's several times and we love it there! All the good comments in the posts above get a +1 from me. They have really good onion rings as an appetizer. Depending on the size of your group, you might wanna get a couple of orders. :) One of the things we love about Olivia's is that it's not an "EVENT!" We love all the extraordinary dining experiences at WDW, but sometimes you just need a nice meal without a lot of bells & whistles going on.

We love Olivia's . They have great food, excellent service & nice atmosphere... but as always YMMV (Your mileage may vary)... Also we are OKW people so it is super convenient for us.
