Ok, I'm ready. I cant keep feeling bad for myself. I also cant keep telling myself I will start eating right and exercising tomorrow. I know what I need to do I just dont do it. Then I feel disappointment in myself. I have tried blogs, sparkpeople, fitday. I didn't keep it up. But There is one thing (other than my children) that can make me smile and that's our times at disney. So I hope this board will help.
I dont have a trip date planned yet but, It probably wont happen till the end of the year. And one problam I have is motivation. But reading these boards and seeing everyone else actually doing it too, I feel excited. Which I really need. I have a treadmill, and just got a stationary bike so there is no reason not to get on it. Im only 5'2 and 205 pounds. I also am only 23 and Havent been in shape since I was 16. I want to feel confident and I dont want to think about my body 24 hours a day like I do now.
Reasons I want to lose weight (or motivation):
1. feeling good about my body
2. wearing clothes I want to.
3. Looking good for my trip
4. actually feeling confident
5. being able to jog or walk without my legs burning
6. I know my DH will like it
7. I'm only 23
8. I haven't worn a skirt outside in 6 years! I would love to do that again.
9. When I get there I want some really cool family pictures. We havent done this yet becuase my weight.
I cant really afford to do Weight Watchers or anything like that right now. But I am going to try on my own right now. Just eating right, exercising, and getting sleep. I want to keep a food journal and I will post my day the next morning. And hopefully keep my motivation with help from this board. I'm ready.
