Olivejuice: Starts today

Ok, I'm ready. I cant keep feeling bad for myself. I also cant keep telling myself I will start eating right and exercising tomorrow. I know what I need to do I just dont do it. Then I feel disappointment in myself. I have tried blogs, sparkpeople, fitday. I didn't keep it up. But There is one thing (other than my children) that can make me smile and that's our times at disney. So I hope this board will help.
I dont have a trip date planned yet but, It probably wont happen till the end of the year. And one problam I have is motivation. But reading these boards and seeing everyone else actually doing it too, I feel excited. Which I really need. I have a treadmill, and just got a stationary bike so there is no reason not to get on it. Im only 5'2 and 205 pounds. I also am only 23 and Havent been in shape since I was 16. I want to feel confident and I dont want to think about my body 24 hours a day like I do now.

Reasons I want to lose weight (or motivation):
1. feeling good about my body
2. wearing clothes I want to.
3. Looking good for my trip
4. actually feeling confident
5. being able to jog or walk without my legs burning
6. I know my DH will like it
7. I'm only 23
8. I haven't worn a skirt outside in 6 years! I would love to do that again.
9. When I get there I want some really cool family pictures. We havent done this yet becuase my weight.

I cant really afford to do Weight Watchers or anything like that right now. But I am going to try on my own right now. Just eating right, exercising, and getting sleep. I want to keep a food journal and I will post my day the next morning. And hopefully keep my motivation with help from this board. I'm ready.:thumbsup2
 
Ok, first day:

rode bike 30 min.
cleaned house

Food:
breakfast: Activia and a little granola

Lunch: refried beans salsa, crackers

biscuit and honey

Dinner: same as lunch, I love beans

I wasn't very hungry yesterday, but I can already tell that today I am. I need to drink more water. I also love activia yogart drink. the vainilla kind. I never thought that yogart would satasfy me in the morning. But it has for the last couple of weeks! And I am always hungry when I wake up.

Ok, I hope today will be a good day! Here I go. Stay away from bread!
 
Ok well, This is two days in one. yesterday and the day before.

First day before: Walked around the lake for a long time with my husband and daughter. I felt really tired after wards. But it was sooo fun and really relaxing at the same time. I dont remember everything but I had an activia and a bannana for breakfast, Coffee, Lunch, I had lentil soup and a grilled cheese. Then for dinner I had mac and cheese and a veggie dog.

Yesterday: I worked allll day and did homework there.
Breakfast: nanna and activia, coffee, dinner: veggie italian sausge 6 grms fat. wheat bun, corn chips. tea.

Today seems like a good day so far. I think that I am deciding to weigh myself every week. and not in between so I dont get that disappointed. :) Mabey I will wait every week and a half.
 
Ok been a couple of days. Just gardening and hanging out with my husband.
My exercise has been low last couple of days. But today I am going to get on my bike. And Ive got to clean my house.

OK good day. I want to go to Disneyland.
