Wanting to try Olga's cantina - it will only be a party of 2 and looking for a quick 5 day trip. So which day should I make a reservation for HS, at this time all days are open. 60+??

Or

Should I wait until I make the cantina reservation and then hope that I can get the other parks when I really want them? Waiting until I can make my reservations and book the parks around that?

When are you going? It sounds like you’re concerned about not being able to get a park reservation. FWIW, I just booked a trip yesterday for early November. Reservation calendar was wide open. I say go ahead and make your ADR for whatever day you want to go.

It will be much harder to get the Olga’s reservation than the park one. Agree, get the reservations for your ADR/meals and have that determine your schedule. We were thinking of switching days around, and when it became clear that we couldn’t get any of the ADRs we wanted for the new days, we left our schedule alone.

Our son and DIL got a walk up reservation for four of us last October during a busy time. We had drinks and no food. It was a fun environment and I'm sure they will go again but it was a once and done for us even though we love Star Wars. It was pricey if I remember about $85+ with tip for two alcoholic and two non-alcoholic drinks.
