Old username questions and help

I was a member here starting in 2000 as leahannpen, and was pretty active. Had some changes in my life and moved/got new job/new computer etc. I tried signing in as leahannpen about 6 months ago and couldn't remember my password. My e-mail had changed also, so I was unable to get a new password because I couldn't access my old e-mail.

How do I get my leahannpen back, with a new password and my new, updated e-mail? Not that I don't like LeahWDWpen.... but I've always been leahannpen here and would like to resume it, if possible.
