Which bars did you have in mind? We have taken our children to Old Town but never ventured into a bar so can't help there I'm afraid!

there is a stage there to watch entertainment and a outside bar area.

The majority of the bars view out onto the street, so there's a very open feeling about them.
You do tend to just sit out and watch what's going on rather than actually go fully inside - there are usually bar stools and tables etc, where you can have a drink and watch all the activities.

Must admit we have never taken Joshua into any of them.
