Old skool Disney- Fluppy Dogs

Does anyone remember the movie (and I think they later made it a tv show) The Fluppy Dogs? I LOVED that as a kid. Me and DD watched it in parts on youtube the other night and she really enjoyed it. On ebay I can only find the plush dogs, was wondering if anyone knew where I would be able to find the movie? I am unsure if they even put it on video, maybe it was just a made for TV type of thing.
I was in heaven watching old stuff from disney that I watched as a kid on youtube (kids incorporated, MMC, Under the Umbrella Tree, etc.) miss shows like that
