Old Park Hopper Plus tickets- Disney Quest?

Hi,
I have some old park hopper plus tickets with two plus options each on them. I know they are good for the waterparks and was planning to use one this Friday the 30th but TL is closed for refurb and have heard BB will be closed due to "cold" weather. Can I use the plus option at Disney quest?

The last time I asked, the official answer was still "no". This surprised me, as the common Disney practice has been to "grandfather in" many privileges after a suitable waiting time. (For instance, older hopper tickets were not accepted at DAK when the park first opened, but that was later relaxed.) So even though later tickets did allow plus options at DQ, the older tickets still did not.

Having said that, given how dicey things have become at DQ, I might show up and present the tickets, talk to a supervisor, and see if they might allow you in as one of those infamous "one time exceptions".

And if you're successful, please report back, since I have a number of unused plusses, and not a lot of interest in the water parks.

I assume these are no-expiration tickets, correct? I have been able to use my old no-expiration tickets with the WPM option several times at Disney Quest. In fact, I was out of park days, but had several WPM options on my ticket. I can't remember exactly why, but they gave me a new plastic ticket to use. I just use that instead of my MB since it has another ticket attached to it. I'm not sure I understand why you wouldn't be able to use it.

I had 3 tickets with just plus entry left on them. (I remember they offered a special ticket of 5 day hopper with 4 plus entries, we usually would use 2 of those for water parks and have 2 left over). I took them to City Hall, about 2 years ago, and they put them on RFID cards. I wanted them sort of modernized so they would not get lost. They were on the older waterproof waxy paper cards.

Still have them, haha.

We had a bunch of old paper non-expiring park hopper plus tickets converted to newer plastic ones suitable for my disney experience earlier this year (February) and they just converted all the extra non-park tickets into to flexible passes we could use at any of the small attractions (Disneyquest, Waterparks, Minigolf).

Believe me, I'm fuzzy on the details, but...

The tickets originally had several things on them as separate admissions (Again Minigolf, Waterparks, Disney Quest), something like 1 or 2 each, for each thing. I believe each ticket had something like 2 DQ days, 2 Waterpark days and 1 minigolf, but I don't recall vividly. We used the Disney quest admissions long ago, but we're not waterpark people, and we never get around to minigolf, so those were unused. At the time we upgraded them to the new system, the guy told us he was converting our multitude of waterpark and minigolf admissions to flexible plus admissions, and we could now use them on Disney Quest as well, should we choose to. And since we have no desire to waterpark, we now have a metric butt-ton of Disneyquest admissions. More than we know what to do with most trips.

Your mileage may vary based on whatever employee you speak with at the time, but yes, we personally were able to get our waterpark admissions changed to disneyquest admissions when we upgraded our old paper tickets to the new system.

I have been able to use my plus points for DQ admission, that was one thing it was good for when I purchased the ticket, so I think they would have a hard time denying its original value. As far as I know all plus points are good for DQ

. . . . . . As far as I know all plus points are good for DQ
The "plus" options from the early 2000s didn't include DQ. (My tickets were bought in 2001.) That's why I mentioned my surprise that they were not later grandfathered in when plus options were modified to include DQ.

The tickets I had were purchased in 2004. I brought my old paper tix to the DQ entrance and was told to go to ticket window with them. Ticket staff converted my 3 remaining plus options to a new plastic card and I used it at DQ right then and there with no problems.

I've been able to use my Plus options at DQ without issue as well. Non-exp tickets purchased around 2009.
