Hey! Just brainstorming my packing list and thought about Old Navy flip flops...how many of you wear these around the world and how do they work out for you? :flower:

Random, but just had to see

Um, I don't know about flipflops from Old Navy, but most flipflops are totally out for WDW because your feet hurt after travelling across half the countries of the world ;) But I have found that the flipflops from Teva are great, so if you have those or can get them at a good price I would highly recomend them. They rock :teeth:

I don't wear flip flops just because of all the walking. If you want to wear sandals though, I like to wear a pair of those brown leather ones; they're comfortable but just don't wear them if you're going to get wet because they don't dry very fast. :sunny:

I have never worn flip flops in the parks at WDW, and I don't think I'd want to. They just don't seem like they'd be all that comfortable doing all that walking. But if you want to wear them...

I have only wore flip flops in WDW once...
It was when I went with the HS band... We were in Animal Kingdom that day, and had to bring a change of nice clothes cuz we were going to Rainforest Cafe that night for dinner. Well, we went on Kali River Rapids 3x in a row. and yeah, my sneakers were SOAKED. So I changed into my flip flops. It didn't really hurt my feet, mostly because we didn't walk around that much.

I usually always wear sneakers when I'm walking around WDW just because I don't think that flip flops give your feet enough support. My feet always hurt if I walk a lot in flip flops, not to mention old navy flipflops break easily if you walk in them alot.{It's happened to a lot of people I know, so it's not just something I did to them.}

To tell you the truth, I was thinking of buying a couple pairs of sandals to match my outfits... princess: Because of all the walking, remember to buy comfortable ones that don`t wear out fast, though.

I wear flip-flops once and a while...and they are from Old Navy :jumping2 Black ones :P

My feet kinda hurt but oh well.

That's the only type of shoes I bring to WDW! They are soo comfortable *&* Way cute, and def. beat walking around in wet tennis shoes all day after riding a water ride.

Also, when flip-flops from Old Navy (or any of the same material) get wet, they get really slippery. And depending on when you're going, rain could be a factor. Personally though, I took two pairs with me this past March and wore a pair into Magic Kingdom for an evening (just dinner and fireworks, no rides). We ate in Pecos Bill's and sat outside of Casey's for the show, and in just that walking, my feet started hurting which never happend before or since.

i do sometimes, it just depends on how hot it is outside. it just depends on you, i do suggest not to wear them while its raining, many bad experiances!!!

I wear the adidas sandels because they don't have those things between your toes, but I only wear flip flops at Disney when I'm at the pool, walking around the hotel, or only going to a park for a little bit.

i love wearing flip flops to wdw. If they are comfortable enough to walk around for an hour then they are comfort able enough to walk around the whole day. I like them so i don't get my sneakers wet on the ride you get wet on, like splash mountain( for some reasons my feet always get wet), kali river rapids. I always wear flip flops though, around the house and at school. So, it depends on how comfort your flip flops are.

opps i forgot,this is really jazstar87, this is my mom's sn,

I live in flip flops, and thus wear them all year and everywhere i go. I have more than i can count and specifically just about every color of old navy ones. I usually wear my same old black old navy ones that i've customized, and my feet have been comfortable enough. I've only had one pair of old navy flip flops break and they were several years old and got stuck in some Dominican mud. The only thing i would agree with is that they do become slippery when wet. So if you wear them on a water ride, next time you're waiting in line or get a chance to sit just take them off and let them air dry for those few minutes they'll be dry and fine in no time.

i wear sneaks (with and without backs] my birkies
