Old Mickey Watch

Would anyone out there have any info on this old watch of mine. I’m pretty sure I got it in the 1970’s and I haven’t been able to find another one like it online. The Mickey looks a little strange to me. Maybe a knockoff? Says it’s made in Hong Kong with the number “1235” centered in the back. Thanks!
