Old Key West Refurb?

Does anyone no when the major refurb is supposed to be finished at OKW? I have never been there yet and would like to do a split say on my next trip. I was hoping maybe the work would be finished sometime this year.

Some buildings will be finished this year. Webmaster Doc reported last month that near Hospitality House work had begun on some buildings (12 and 14 if I recall correctly). You can request a refurbished building but it may or may not be possible for you to be located in one comes the time of your trip; requests are not guaranteed.
