Old Key West - Pontoon Boat Rental

Does anyone know if you can rent a Pontoon Boat from Old Key West and return it to the Downtown Disney Marina?

I guess I should piggyback on to that question and ask if the Downtown Disney Marina is still open with the Disney Springs construction - I know a bridge is going in at some point and I imagine that would affect the boat rentals.

No, you can only use it up to DTD and must return it to OKW. You cannot dock it at DTD.

You can ride the boat from OKW to DTD, though.
