Old Key West Hospitality House History Question

So this is a trivial question, but I was curious how many years ago did DVC create the separate 'Hospitality House' booking category for OKW as we know it today?

And why didn't they change point structure like they did at SSR when they created the preferred room category?

Sorry new to OKW being my home resort.

It was about three to five years ago if I recall correctly. The Near Hospitality House category is too small (only eight buildings) compared to the rest of OKW non-HHA category (41 buildings) to make a difference in points. Even if they reduced the non-HHA villas by one point, it would have raised the HHA villas by at least five or six points per night to make it all even.
