Old Key West first floor units

staying in a 2 bedroom. If we get first floor, will it have covered outdoor balcony?

Yes, all OKW 1 and 2 BR units have covered balconies as well as the Grand Villas.
They also have a ceiling light and fan.

The balconies are the same, whether on the first floor, second floor or third floor. They are all walled in. No difference at OKW. However, at other resorts, you might only have shrubbery surrounding your patio.

For some reason we took a picture facing our 1 BR balcony in building 48. Although it's a 1 BR, not 2, it was a lock-off, if I remember right-
