Old Key West 2 bedroom question

Please help me settle this debate between my sister and me. This has to do with 2 bedrooms at Old Key West. My sister says that the kitchen/living room is much smaller in a 2 bedroom lockout vs a dedicated 2 bedroom. I told her that is not true and that the kitchen/living room is the same size. We are traveling with 5 adults and she wants to try and get a dedicated 2 bedroom and I want to try and get a lockout. Three adults will be in the second bedroom, one adult will be in the master, and one adult in the living room. Thanks for your help!

The main kitchen and living room of the villas are the same. It’s just the studio part (second bedroom of dedicated) which will be different layout.

Lock off with have the kitchenette & a balcony. Dedicated with not have its own bedroom balcony and an extra sink and storage space in place of kitchenette and lack of entry door.
