We have tickets from 2004 and I am pretty sure there is still a day left on all five of them, but I am wondering if there is any way other than going to the park to find out if there is something on them. Can anyone help?

Hi,

This is from allearsnet:

I have some tickets left over from my last trip to WDW and I think they have some park days left on them. How can I check what's left on these before I go so I can figure out how many days I still need to buy tickets for?

You can find out what is left on old tickets is in person at WDW. Any resort Lobby Concierge or Guest Relations window can scan them and tell you what remains unused on them. The Disney Stores cannot tell you.

Disney Ticketing is once again allowing telephone inquiries to check unused days on tickets. Call 407-566-4985 Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Press option 2 when prompted. Be aware that this availability could once again change at any time and may vary from CM to CM.

BobP is correct.

Last year when we checked in I had the CM check to see how many days we had left on our tickets 'just to make sure' they were what I thought... and thankfully they were!

If your not staying on property, the phone # is your best bet. :thumbsup2

We just called yesterday and were advised that it could only be done in person. We didn't try the number you have posted though. I guess I will try that. We are trying to budget our trip. I know that we have days on our old ticket, but I just can't remember how many. Thanks for posting the number.

I just called that number and they said it has to be done in person. Also I was wondering if we don't remember who's ticket was who's and they are from 2004, would there be a problem? because we are not all going to the same parks the same day and what if they all get mixed up?

Remember what the allears clip said:

If it were me, I would just call back and speak with a different CM.

The chances of both of us talking to the same one is slim don't you think?

What about what ticket goes with who?

I just did this yesterday. They checked 10 tickets for me over the phone ...so I would call again.

Good luck!

I called today and was able to check 8 tickets, 4 from 2005 and 4 from 2008. The gentleman was very friendly and helpful.

:( How come every time I call they tell me no. I called 5 times now. I tell you what haha this is frustrating

I had to edit my message because I just called for one last time and I talked to a wonderful gal and she told me how many days I had, so I am so happy I kept trying. Thanks everyone!
