What to do with old 45 records? I'm (finally) cleaning out a closet with boxes from childhood, and I have a stack of old 45's. Think Michael Jackson's ABC, Bobby Sherman's Easy Come, Easy Go, etc. Nothing of any real value - I'm sure these were just the top AM hits when I was finally old enough to have an allowance and buy records - but before the days when I could buy an actual album. (For those of you who are younger than thirty, an "album" was something you bought and listened to on a "record player", and it had music actually recorded on a vinyl disc!!!!!)
I'd love to toss them - no sentimental attachment to the records themselves, and I'll download anything I really remember fondly. But, before I trash them, any reason to do something else??? Any market for them, or donation site, or...anything???
