OKW vs. AK

I need to pay for 3 suites this trip so I was hoping to do 3 AK Studios. Unfortunately, they're only available for 4 out of 5 nights of my trip. They do have the 1 bedroom available the first night. OKW is available all 5 nights.

Should I:

1: Do 1 Night in the 1 bedroom AK check out the next day and then check in to my studios (how much trouble would that be, is there a place where the hotel can hold my luggage for me?)

or

2: Do all 5 nights in the OKW studio

or

3: Bite the bullet and just pay for 5 nights in the 1 bedroom AK for all 3 rooms
