OKW transportation

How is the bus transportattionat OKW is there any type of boat transportation? where exactly is it? Epcot area??????

OKW has very good coverage from Disney transportation. There are buses to each park about every 20 minutes with mornings slightly less time between and afternoons slightly more time between to and from the parks. There is also bus service to DTD as well as a boat to DTD or you can walk in the daytime on a path. OKW is located about half way between Epcot and DTD on Vacation Club way. If you could go as the crow flies, you could jump right over the road ways into the Epcot parking lot. Buses to the parks are pretty timely with the exception of those to AK. The AK buses stop at Blizzard Beach, so take a bit longer.

We found the bus transport & boat to DTD timely & enjoyable--be sure to get CM Linda as your boat Captain--she's cheery, bright & a fountain of super info!
Once we just missed our bus at Turtle Cay & it was a short walk over to check in to catch one out from there--
Oooh...want to take one of those buses NOW! ~sigh~

There is a bus that goes to DTD, with a stop at SSR on the way. It's a cute, fun little ride.

We have always had good experiences with the bus transportation. Just as an FYI, every bus stops at the Hospitality House (the main area, with check-in, gift shop, restaurant,main pool) last, so if you are in a unit that's a bit of a walk from the HH area, you can hop on any bus to get there.
