What is the quickest way to get on the monorail from OKW?

Probably take the bus to Epcot or MK.

JimH is right that you'll have to take a bus to a park. The question is which monorail you want to board. If you want the monorail that loops the MK resorts, MK is the best place to start.

Bus to MK definitely! There are twice as many busses than other parks!

Just remember that if you take the bus to MK, then want to go to Epcot, you will need to change to a second monorail.
