OKW to Boardwalk, best way

Leaving soon and ADR is at Boardwalk, did the DTD last night to poly, took 2 hours, not happening again. Any help great, thanks

Other than the bus, I would suggest getting a cab. It is probably not that much from OKW to BWV and certainly worth the time. I would also not want to wait two hours! The other option is take the bus to Epcot and walk through the International Gateway over to the resort.

You could also take the bus to HS and walk or take the boat to BW.

Yes, you do, since you would be entering the park.

It would be better to take the bus to DHS, then Friendship launch or walk to the Boardwalk.

The dock is to the right of the DHS entrance when facing the park.

We are on the hs bus now and will either walk or take boat. Thanks. I would recommend to not take the dtd bus to other resort it makes multiple stops at dtd and the waterpark

Yes, any bus going to Downtown Disney does make two stops there - one at the far end of the shopping area near Rainforest Cafe, and one near Planet Hollywood. When the water parks are open, these same buses do also go to Typhoon Lagoon - this bus destination should be pretty clear on both signage at the resorts and on the bus marquee.

In addition, Walt Disney World advises Guests to allow 1.5 hours to get to dining reservations when using WDW transportation. It's unfortunate that the OP's transportation took even longer than that yesterday, but if Magic Kingdom or Epcot were open when they were trying to get to the Polynesian, transferring at Downtown Disney would have been the LAST option anyone should have recommended!!!!
