OKW taxes.

I did try to search but found nothing... Why are the taxes different on my two different contracts. Both are 200 points and have been a long time member. Never had the actual taxes be different on the two contracts.


OKW 2011 Actual Property Tax 200 .9436 365 $ 188.71

OKW 2011 Actual Property Tax 200 .8371 365 $ 167.41


Just curious why the actual is different per point..

On my two contracts, my OKW taxes were 0.935. Both my 175 point contract (Sept UY) and my 50 point (Dec UY).

Were the estimated taxes the same for both?

Yes, on both contracts, the estimated taxes was 188.40.

Next years taxes is estimated at .9885
