OKW Studio

DH and I are leaving for OKW 12/2/04 thu 12/06/04 any good studio locations? Our home resort is SSR but unable to get Studio.

I would request the section of the resort you'd like best - OKW studio's don't have all that much of a view (although upper floors have a little bit of one). Most of them are kind of covered up by lots of vegitation. Location to where you'd like to be would be your better bet than to request a view though IMO. Lots of people like to be near the Hospitality house to be near the main pool,turtle crawl with the gurgling suitcase bar,Olivia's restaraunt,community hall, Conch flats general store and check in as well as the main bus stop - other's like to be in the turtle pond area to be near the golf course and turtle shack pool - personnally we enjoy the southpoint area because we like the southpoint pool (it's on the lake and very pretty and very relaxing) - we have a car with us though and it's on the far end of the resort, so if you'll be busing it that may not be the best choice. Haven't stayed in the Miller's road section in all our yrs staying believe it or not so not sure how people like it over there but as I say, I'd request which section you think you might like.

That all said, we have yet to have a studio or even the larger villa's that we haven't liked

People commented on "great view", studio-Building 20, 23 (HA), 63. Lots of comments about heavy vegetation in other locations.

An upper floor studio in buildings 55 or 56 would be okay too.

Thanks for your help do you fax them your preference or just wait until check in?

Call Member services and put in your requests - put them in order of importance. i.e. -- If non-smoking is most important than put that in first followed by location or floor or whatever. And then when you check in just ask about the requests you've put in
