OKW studio amenities

We have 12 nights in a studio coming up and have a few questions. I tried the search function but it got me nowhere, lol. So I'll put all my question here and go read the boards to see if any are answered there (I'm sure they are).

Do they give you enough coffee or do they just give you enough for a day or 2?
Do they replenish when they do the cleaning?
Do they give you a real coffee cup or is it paper?
How many cleanings will we get?
Do any of the studios have 1 bed and a sofa or are they all 2 double beds?
Which ones will have been renovated by the time we go in March?
We are DVC owners and AP holders so we get free resort parking and theme park passing, right?

One pack caffeinated, one pack decaf.

Do they replenish when they do the cleaning?

Another pack caffeinated, another pack decaf (if used).

Do they give you a real coffee cup or is it paper?

Real, but sometimes paper.

How many cleanings will we get?

Daily trash removal.

Beyond that, stays of 8 or more nights get full cleaning on day 4, and Trash/Towel on day 8.
With Full Cleaning Service, Housekeeping will provide everything included with the Trash and Towel Service, plus

• Change the bed linens
• Vacuum and dust
• Clean the bathroom(s)
• Clean the kitchen/ette and wash the dishes

Do any of the studios have 1 bed and a sofa or are they all 2 double beds?

Two queens, all of them.

Which ones will have been renovated by the time we go in March?

Almost all of them. If any are outstanding, they will be in the Near HH category.

We are DVC owners and AP holders so we get free resort parking and theme park passing, right?

These are not benefits of DVC ownership - because you are staying at OKW on points, parking is paid for at the resort. Anyone staying on property gets free theme park parking.

Note that what happens on day 4 and 8 are what’s SUPPOSED to happen. Last time we stayed for 11 nights-no new sheets ever, no supplies ever replenished and when I called to check, they insisted that trash and towel means only trash and towel, nothing else-no replenishment

You should have had a full cleaning on day 4.

They never give enough coffee. You'll start your stay with one, maybe two, "pods" of caffeinated coffee and it's only replaced on full cleaning days. One pod is supposed to equal one pot of coffee (so they're large pods), but it'll be pretty weak if you make a full pot. I've found one pod is usually good for 6-8 cups, not the full 10.

We always call to request additional coffee for the room and we've never once had an issue with them providing more. Usually they just ask us how much we need and it's there pretty quickly. We've also brought down a pound of coffee on longer stays just for convenience.
