Hi everyone, I just returned from a stay at OKW from Sep 10 - 16. I checked around 9:30pm at was put into room 1310 (first floor, building 13. 11-14 are beside the pool/restaurant).
When I went into the room, I realized that it was an accessible room. Here are some photos for those of you wondering what an accessible room offers.
Note that this was a ground floor room as I believe most buildings in OKW do not have an elevator. I ended up moving rooms because I did not want to be on the ground floor. Also this particular room had a few issues: bathroom sink did not drain well, shower light did not work, fridge did not work and had a foul smell.
I was not successful in moving rooms the night I checked in as the night-time room assigner and front desk staff were not very task-oriented or helpful, which was disappointing
On the morning after my first night, I went to the front desk to deal with the situation and the morning staff were exceptionally helpful. I was move to floor 2, room 1326 which I had no issues with.
OKW is a beautiful resort and I look forward to staying there again!
