Hi

We have booked the DDP for April and we're staying at our home resort of OKW. I am a tad concerned that I cannot find out what snacks are included at OKW. I have posted a few times on the Restaurant and DDP Board but nobody can answer me. Have any of you used DDP at OKW since the changes?

Many thanks for your help.

We have used the DDP at OKW and we were aloud any snack for under 4$ even if there wasn't marked with the DDP. This included breakfast item like bagles and milk. We just optred to pay for those item because the were inexpensive items and save our snack credits for the parks. The frozen pizza and hot dogs were over 4 $ so they weren't included.

This no longer appears to be true at any Disney Resort.

Basically you can now get SINGLE serving items as snacks. So you can get the Single serving of chips, not the $3 bag, you can probably get a bagle at Goods to Go, but not the package in the General Store. You can get a small milk, not a half gallon.

I would just assume OKW works exactly the same as all the other Disney resorts here.

It is worrying that nobody has listed snacks for 2008 at OKW. I was in two minds about taking the package this year as I'm diabetic and cannot eat desserts and I like to get a bagel or croissant for breakfast and I'm just not sure that you can get these at OKW now. The plan is getting less and less appealing but I'm off to OKW for two weeks soon so time will tell.

Thanks for your replies

When we were at OKW last month they had the available snacks marked. You could only get what was on the two displays. I don't remember everything that was available, but here are some of the ones I know were there:
  • Small bags of nuts (almonds, peanuts, etc)
  • Wheat Thins
  • Nilla Wafers
  • Microwave Popcorn
  • Large Single Cookie from Goofy Candy Store (Chocolate Chip)
  • Box of Disney Cookies (similar to animal crackers)
  • Rice Crispy Treats from Goofy Candy Store
  • Some other single-serve candy from Goofy Candy Company

That is all I can remember right now. We also did find bags of granola and the MouseEars at Epcot that was considered a Snack.
