OKW room rehab?

I was just speaking with a friend who is looking into buying a resale at OKW. She mentioned that the person who she is working with told her that the 1 BR and 2 BR at OKW have gone under a rehab. Is this true? I haven't been around the boards for awhile, so I may have missed it.

Yes...they replaced alot of the furniture, replaced the stove/ranges with flat top ones,etc.etc. .... and best of all....they now replaced the pull out sofa beds! They no longer have that awful bar that sticks in your back! I only laid on it watching T.V. as it was pulled out for our son but it was MUCH better than the old ones

I miss the real wooden blinds though - even though they were probably expensive and impractical.
