OKW Renovations

Does anyone know if the renovations are completed at OKW? We are planning on a Feb 2012 trip and just wondering if the renovations will be complete by then. Our studio and 2 bedroom on our last trip definately needed some attention...very tired looking. Looking forward to seeing the renovated rooms.

I don't have any first-hand knowledge but I've seen many many threads here where it has been discussed. You might want to do a search.

There was thread here couple days ago that renovations are nearly completed if not fully completed at this point. 1 and 2 bedroom villas were definitely renovated so all studios are renovated as well since studios units are split off 2 bedroom lockoff units; I do not recall if Grand Villas were included in the renovation.

They've done the renovations building by building. We were in a GV in building 48 in the South Point area in September, and it had been renovated.

The renovations began Spring, 2010 and are supposed to be completed this Spring. All villas at the resort are being renovated. As of January all but a few buildings had already been completed.

Your Februray, 2012 trip will be in a renovated villa.
