OKW Online Check In Options?

Just booked a two night stay at OKW in a 1 BR room. It is just DH and I. Wondering what the online check in options are and any recommendations.

Usually upper, lower, ground floor. Which neighborhood - Peninsular Road, Turtle Pond, South Point or Millers Road. Canal view.

Most of the OKW buildings do not have elevators. So if going up the stairs is a problem, you'll want to book a ground level unit.
