Can anyone tell me what the phone is that I need to phone old key west from the uk?

You can't phone OKW direct, I don't think. You will generally get a reservations line.

Sorry I ment my preferences(requests) ie close to bus stops, top floor.

I know these are only requests but its worth asking x

Oh right, yes that is the downside to online check-in.

Just so that you know that OKW is one of the places (actually all the resort hotels etc may be the same now) that doesn't take room requests etc over the phone. You need to have them noted on your reservation.

Just call disney UK booking and they can add your room preferences to your reservation, we have done this the last few years and it has worked great for us

I am not sure if that will work now the OP has already completed online check-in.

I've never done online check-in, so I don't know much about it. Is there no place to put any requests when checking in?

Yes there is a place to request on online checkIn but it didn't register it and said to call. I called the number and got through to okw direct and the lovely lady said that it is possible to add requests but to call back on 8th as that's when they have details in the system. Thanks for everyone's advice xx

That is good to know, perhaps I'll do online check in for our Aug trip!
